Day 1 of Random Acts of Kindness A few years ago I picked up a tradition that I will continue doing every year and that’s to post a RAK (Random Act of Kindness) for the next 12 days. During the holiday seasons it can get tough and people may be going through tough times. A small gesture can go a long ways and may even help restore faith in people knowing there are great people that still exists. I’m only posting to teach our boys to give openly and not to expect anything in return and also in hopes that someone will be influenced to do the same one day. Today I came home from Florida and boys wanted to eat at Chili’s 🌶. (We always bond over a good meal before and after Sam and I have to be away for business.) Our Meal was great & service was nice and thought it would be a great day to start RAK (Random Act of Kindness) .... I was more then happy to do it for this young college student. After our meal she pulled up the check on the Kiosk. Since I had to pay on the Kiosk she stood there to help to make sure i Didn’t have any trouble with the machine. I kindly asked for a water to go & when she walked off to get it I paid the check on the kiosk and the boys and I quickly walked out before she got back to the table.
